MBXFORUM搜索页面修改（MB017132请进）

近日，荷兰的John Nijhuis (上上届美泰亲善大使)制作的mbxforum修改了搜索引擎页面，入口地址修改为：

这次改版，修正了此前的许多错误，并且重新整理的MB700-899的编号清单，其中他加上了详细说明，将这个系列分成三个段落，原文如下：

Those Numbers are a little complex as they are a mixed of several Matchbox/Mattel decision in the past and often taken by the design department with too less knowledge of the paste（估计是个拼写错误，原意应该是past）. You can split this Group in the following 3 main Groups:
这些编号看上去有些复杂，因为其中混合了以往多次由Matchbox和美泰所作的决定，又因为（美泰的）设计部门对这些编号知之甚少。你可以将这些编号分成以下三组：

700 Numbers as a continuation of the Lesney Era （莱斯尼时代延续的700系列）

Those numbers were only used for models re-issued in twinpacks and not Made by Lesney in the UK. Unfortunately those number were forgotten by the design Department of Mattel and re-issued again for the regular MB75 Series. After discussion with the Mattel Design Department, later numbers already in use for Twinpacks were skipped. However some same numbers are used twice for different models.
这些编号是指Twinpacks两件套中出现的非英国莱斯尼生产的复刻产品。非常不幸的是，美泰的设计部门将其遗忘了，因此在常规1-75系列中再次分配了相同的编号。经过同美泰设计部门的协商，此后那些在Twinpacks里已经出现过的7xx编号就此跳过。但某些既成事实的重复编号不再修改了。

700 Numbers of recent times （近代发行的700系列）

They are Mainly Numbers Introduced for twinpacks and not Made by Lesney. They were not a continuation of LESNEY models but new designs. However like the above by mistake those numbers were used again for the regular MB75 range.
这些编号大致是为了Twinpacks的发行而生成，并且不是由莱斯尼生产的。（这英文太罗嗦了，简单的讲，就是这些模型不是复刻莱斯尼的模具，而是重新开发的。由于上述原因，也有重复的编号……以下省略1k字）

800 Numbers（800系列）

All 800 series numbers except 851 and 859 were only used in the Lesney era for models re-issued in twinpacks. For example MB 846 is the same as MB 46-A as issued in TP-14 in olive green and later in MP-1 in silver-gray. You can see the number 846 cast on the window glazing under the roof of those models.
所有的800系列编号除851和859以外都是专为莱斯尼时代在Twinpacks套装中出现的复刻产品而设置。例如MB846即MB46-A在TP-14中的特定编号（橄榄绿的是TP-14，银灰色的是MP-1）。你可以通过观察车窗内壁看到846的编号。

If a number has been issued you can still download the right Word Document. I renamed the Documents by adding 1000 to the name of the Word File. E.g. MERCURY Park Lane Fire Chief Car has Manufacturing Number 859 and Document MI1859. The MB75 range Number 959 would be named MW859 or MI859.
如果一个编号已经发行过，你就可以下载到该编号产品的Word文档，本人（John）重命名了文件名在MB编号前加1000。例如……MB859的文档编号是MI1859（而不是此前的MI859）。

我相信这是为了Matchbox向1000个产品做的过渡准备。看来John还是很乐观的，至少这两年Matchbox还不会这么快倒闭……

我前几天就已经发现网址改了。对于编号网站连续几天打不开，我会采取以收藏夹的页面为基础缩短网址进入，看看能否找到新的链接，结果多次都命中了。

网站的建设者写得很好，同时表明了“生产者”与“收藏者”是两个派别，后者能够向前者提建议。

不过关于设置1000号以上的文档编号，我不觉得是乐观的态度，反而是作者认为常规序列很难达到1000号以上。倒不如对于MB701—729以及MB801开始的重复编号，就用A、B来区分；而MB730之后不重复的早期编号，则不必修改。否则倘若真的到了常规1700多号，就又会“撞车”。

我觉得John的编号文件名的冗余设计不足，是导致其频繁变更文档命名规则的原因，事实上，他只要在现有文件名的数字部分前加0并且补足四位数，就可以安然度过MB1000这个槛，甚至在相当长时间里不用修改文档名。这一点，我的设计就已经考虑到了，因此理论上讲，我的数据库可以支持MB9999个产品……
